When you call the Reservations Toll Free line listed on this site and we are not available to take your call, please leave your name, and telephone phone number where wecan reach you. We will make every effort to call you back as soon as possible, or you can go back on line and send in a reservation request.

Booking and securing your reservation.
We require a one night deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax
You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow.

In the event you need to cancel, please note that a $50.00 Fee will apply prior to 14 days before arrival.
For cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-Refundable and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations.
In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Your email will be answered shortly with a description of the accommodations, rates, and other information. If you wish to reserve based on our reply, you will be asked to call our reservations office or request our hotel form, to provide a credit card to secure your reservation with a 1 night deposit, including tax for each room booked per week.

Taxes of 16.39% are not included in the rates quoted.

A 14 day cancellation policy is in effect prior to check in date, and must be in writing via email or fax. *30 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks.

A one night deposit will be charged to the credit card you have provided for each room reservation. For muliple rooms we require current credit card(s) to secure your reservation for each room.

Please note that the Copacabana Hotel & Suites is not suitable for children under 18 years of age, since it in an adult resort.
